Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing contracts for individual voluntary business products
  • Generate duplicate policies/certificates to be mailed out to the policyholder
  • Follow-up on pending amendments to policy forms
  • Assist in the cancellation of contracts by sending out termination/cancellation letters to the policyholders
  • Maintain policy files (physical and electronic) for multiple product lines
  • Scan and upload policy documents into the OnBase system

 

Qualifications

  • Some years of college
  • 1 to 2 years prior experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret various plans
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when necessary
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Requires minimum supervision
